I have a 66lb female husky who is a doll and is very people and dog friendly, she is only territorial with her dog bowl (to other dogs not humans) but only when she is actually eating her food. She is house trained and i am about to have her trained as a service dog as soon as i can afford the classes. Apart from her speaking / howling at people she knows when she's excited she just chills and stays by my side. I also have a 16 year old blue tongue skink (reptile), he is in his enclosure 99% of the time unless i have to trim his nails or give him a bath. I keep my living environment clean and tidy at all times! - ability to cover rent - i will be renting my condo that i own here and am in the process of finalizing the sale of the business i own (the shop in my pictures). So as far as covering rent my passive income would be able to cover it. I will be available the 8-9th during the day to meet and check out living situations. I am highly motivated to find a location quickly, i will put a security deposit down, pay a couple months rent upfront, whatever i have to do financially to get a space.
